Privacy notice

Cloud Hawk Estate Management manages your estate or complex on behalf of its body corporate or homeowners' association. To do that we keep your name, unit, contact details, levy account, the queries you log and the messages you send us. We use them to run the scheme, answer you, send estate notices and meet legal duties. We do not sell your information or use it to market unrelated services.

Our WhatsApp line is answered by an automated assistant with staff behind it. Your information is stored with service providers outside South Africa (hosting, WhatsApp, Microsoft and our AI provider) who are bound to protect it. We keep it only as long as the scheme or the law requires.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or stop WhatsApp notices by replying STOP. Contact the Information Officer at info@cloudhawk.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator: enquiries@inforegulator.org.za, 0800 017 160.
